We are seeking warm, caring guides to join our supportive school community as assistant teachers. We are looking for educators who have a passion for working with young children and are eager to guide them through independence, exploration, and meaningful learning.

Responsibilities

Provide daily care in a warm and professional manner Willingness to learn about and implement Montessori philosophy Support lead teachers in educational goals, parent communication, and material design Communicate clearly and effectively with parents and colleagues

Requirements

EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher certification, or in process, is strongly preferred. We will support the right candidate in obtaining certification Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and families. Understanding of Montessori principles and teaching methods is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for nurturing children's development. Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
