EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher certification, or in process, is strongly preferred. We will support the right candidate in obtaining certification Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and families. Understanding of Montessori principles and teaching methods is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for nurturing children's development. Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
