  • Purpose: To provide administrative support to the Faculty and Scheduling Coordinator by managing daily schedules for Years 1–3 and coordinating classroom setup needs with supporting departments, including AVL and Facilities. Additional responsibilities include preparing announcements, completing VA reporting, maintaining the academic calendar, and performing other related administrative tasks.

  • Duties: Assist with maintaining, updating, and answering questions about various schedules Communicate with instructors and guest speakers about upcoming schedules as needed Assist with sending Outlook invitations to speakers Submit AVL request forms for instructors Submit Facilities request forms for instructors Maintain the Year 3 (Y3) schedule Maintain the Y3 hours budget Report curriculum changes to the Compliance team Schedule and coordinate various instructor events Assist with academic events during class hours as needed Schedule introductions and offerings for guest speakers Oversee Year 1 and 2 classroom interns

  • Abilities: Possesses excellent problem-solving skills, including in high-pressure situations with limited time Must be able to quickly and frequently re-prioritize based on changing factors Possess excellent organizational skills Exercise confidentiality, good judgment, and discernment Excellent, comprehensive verbal and written command of the English language is required. Must be able to operate a Windows-based computer, with excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Must be service-oriented and have demonstrated abilities to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, faculty, vendors, students, and community members of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds Self-directed and self-motivated

  • Requirements: Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ Must sign the Statement of Faith Must have a demonstrated commitment to the doctrinal position of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College and a continuous exhibition of desire to minister and serve others in varied capacities Exemplary Christian lifestyle and leadership by our biblical doctrine High school diploma or equivalent education is required A Charis Bible

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma and at least 12 months of professional office experience. Candidates must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commit to the doctrinal positions of the ministry.
