The Lead Teacher is responsible for the daily care, observation, and assessment of infants and toddlers according to licensing guidelines. They implement a proprietary curriculum to create interactive learning experiences and communicate effectively with families.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units and 6 months of experience leading a licensed classroom. Ability to meet state requirements for background checks, immunizations, and mandated reporter training is required.
