Soccer Shots Southwest Chicagoland is looking for enthusiastic coaches to join our team this fall! Our coaches introduce children ages 2-9 to soccer through engaging, age-appropriate sessions that build confidence, character, and a love for physical activity.

No soccer coaching experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive paid training and all the tools you need to be successful.

Soccer Shots is an award-winning children's soccer program that serves preschools, childcare centers, parks, and community locations throughout Southwest Chicagoland. Our curriculum is designed by early childhood education specialists and soccer professionals to create a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate experience for every child.

What We're Looking For: Reliable & Responsible

Arrive on time and prepared for every session Effectively manage groups of 6-10 children Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and Soccer Shots leadership Energetic & Engaging

Enjoy being active, enthusiastic, and encouraging Comfortable being silly, imaginative, and interactive with young children Create a fun and positive learning environment Professional

Friendly, approachable, and dependable Represents Soccer Shots positively at all locations Maintains a professional appearance and attitude Experienced with Children

Experience working with young children is strongly preferred Teaching, coaching, childcare, camp counseling, or education experience is a plus Soccer experience is helpful but not required

Requirements

Every Soccer Shots coach completes our comprehensive training and certification process. Coaches receive ongoing support, evaluations, and professional development to ensure they are equipped to provide an exceptional experience for every child.

Working with children is not something we take lightly. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping children build confidence, develop important life skills, and experience success both on and off the field.

Compensation

$20.00 per hour, $15/hr while training (1-3 weeks)
