Part-Time Family Support / Community Buddy – Lewis Center, OH A caring family in Lewis Center is seeking a kind, patient, and engaging support person for their 10-year-old autistic son. He is well-behaved, friendly, and a joy to be around. We’re hoping to find someone who can be a positive “buddy," supporting him as he builds social skills, confidence, and meaningful connections in the community.
Schedule: Weekday evenings: 4:00–7:30 PM Occasional Saturday or Sunday hours (flexible)
Engaging him in community outings and activities Supporting social interaction and communication in natural settings Taking him swimming and participating in fun, age-appropriate activities Encouraging independence through play and shared experiences Providing calm, consistent, and respectful support
