In many respects, the teacher acts more like a coach and mentor in this environment and is specifically focused on ensuring the success of his/her students.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field and possess a valid Teacher's certification in Math 6-12. Experience working with over-age and at-risk youth is preferred.
