Market context

Maternal health roles remain locally in demand

In Pennsylvania, maternal health specialist roles are often tied to community health, prenatal support, and family services, so demand can be steady where agencies serve high-need populations. These positions are competitive because employers may look for a human services background, a CDA credential or equivalent education, a valid driver’s license, and quick completion of pediatric CPR and first aid. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your fit and prepare proof of credentials before applying.
