The Learning Experience in Wheeling, IL is looking for a passionate and nurturing Infant Teacher to join our dedicated team! In this rewarding role, you'll help shape the earliest and most critical developmental milestones for our youngest learners. Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants (6 weeks to 12 months) Implement age-appropriate curriculum and developmental activities aligned with early childhood education standards Monitor and document each infant's daily progress, milestones, and developmental needs Maintain consistent feeding, sleeping, and diapering schedules for each child Communicate openly and regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily activities and growth Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and compliance with state childcare licensing regulations Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to foster a positive, team-oriented classroom environment
