Inver Hills Community College seeks an adjunct/temporary part-time Nursing Clinical AD Instructor dedicated to excellence in teaching who desires to become part of a creative, vibrant, student centered learning community. Faculty assigned less than 5 credits: Per credit rate of $775 - $1650. Faculty assigned 5 or more credits total per semester: $43,067 - $98,660 Annually (Based upon 1.0 FTE of 30 credits per years. Pay will be prorated, based upon credit load). Salary placement is determined on the basis of education and experience and in accordance with the 2025 - 2027 MSCF Contract, and conducted by the Minnesota State System Office. Initial placement is limited to the step range permitted for new faculty under the MSCF salary schedule.
Education Requirement Bachelor degree in nursing Occupational Experience Requirement Four full-time (or equivalent) years of verified related paid work experience as a registered nurse. Recency Requirement One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field. The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years. Professional Requirement Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license Other Requirements: Compliance with clinical affiliate policies for attending on-site clinical teaching assignments.
