We are immediately hiring for the Pittsburgh, PA area, with the base office in the North Hills area (McCandless / Ross Township / Perrysville).
Lifesteps is excited to add a new service in the Western PA area. We are creating a team of staff to support pregnant moms and their child through their first 18 months of life.
The Maternal Health Specialist Home Visitor position includes driving to the family home for check in visits using an Agency Vehicle. Topics discussed are: expectant mother and newborn baby health, education, nutrition, child growth and development, postpartum wellness, and well-baby follow-ups.
In addition, the full-time roles provide case management documentation and reports for the MCO's and supervisors.

Requires an Associate degree in a human services field or a High School Diploma with a CDA credential. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to obtain pediatric CPR and first aid certifications within 90 days.
