Eagerness to engage in conversations analyzing the historical and continued causes of societal ills and challenges. The use of a reliable personal laptop. Understanding and practice of student-centered pedagogy. Knowledge and experience with Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Certifications, PD course completions, and/or tertiary education in Instructional Technologies.
