The Youth Development Leader creates a safe and enriching environment for elementary students by leading physical fitness, recreation, and academic activities. They are responsible for supervising students, supporting social-emotional learning, and collaborating with site leadership to ensure a positive learning experience.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to pass a Florida Level II Background Screening. Previous experience in childcare or youth development is preferred, along with the ability to complete introductory child care training.

As an Activity Leader, you will help create a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for elementary-aged students (Grades K–5). You will work alongside certified teachers and site leadership to support academic learning, physical fitness, social-emotional development, and recreational activities while ensuring every child feels welcomed, supported, and successful.

High School Diploma or GED required. Childcare or youth development experience preferred (1–2 years). Ability to successfully complete Florida Level II Background Screening. Ability to complete the required 40-hour Introductory Child Care Training (if applicable). Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to supervise children in both indoor and outdoor environments. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Schedule
