Qualified instructors provide training for phlebotomy technician students in a continuing education classroom environment during weekday, evening, and weekend sessions. Instructors teach all aspects of phlebotomy in healthcare settings, including collection procedures, safety guidelines, patient rights, test requirements, equipment basics, venous collection techniques, proper collection procedures, and identification of collection supplies. Candidates must be certified phlebotomists with a minimum of three years of professional phlebotomy experience and the ability to deliver high-quality healthcare workforce training that supports student success and industry readiness.
