The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning, assessing, and instructing preschool children to prepare them for Kindergarten. They lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and build relationships with families to support child achievement.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and experience leading a classroom. They must be at least 18 years old and capable of meeting state childcare requirements and physical activity demands.
