The Youth Development Staff will guide children aged 5-14 through curriculum-aligned activities and create a safe, positive environment. They will also model core values and ensure positive social-emotional growth for every child.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have 6 months of experience working with children, preferably in an after-school, camp, or daycare setting. A minimum of 48 college units or passing a proficiency exam is required prior to hire.
