What You'll Do As an Autism Paraprofessional (Behavior Technician), you'll provide one-on-one, in-home support to children with autism using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Every child has different goals, so every day looks a little different.
You'll help children build skills like: Communication Social interaction Daily living skills Emotional regulation Play and learning Independence You'll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who will coach and support you every step of the way.
