Montrose School seeks a full-time Building Substitute to join our Academic Team. This role supervises students (hall duty, study halls, lunches, etc.) and serves as the on-call substitute teacher, stepping into classrooms as needed. This role also provides additional office support for the Academic Office and Front Desk/Registrar as needed.
This is an hourly position. The wage range for this position is $23-$25/hour.
A Bachelor’s degree is required. Strong applicants will have a good working knowledge of adolescent development and educational best practices, strong computer skills (Zoom, Google Suite), sound judgment and discretion, and the ability to work independently under pressure while fostering a positive, focused student culture.
