About the role

Deliver in-person Math and ELA tutoring to elementary students in one-on-one or small-group settings during the school day. Use provided curriculum to engage students and administer scheduled assessments to track progress.

Framework is Hiring Certified Teachers & Experienced Tutors – Daytime, In-Person (Orange County, FL) Framework is seeking passionate certified educators and experienced tutors to provide engaging, high-quality in-person Math tutoring to elementary students during the school day in Orange County, Florida. Tutors will work with small groups or one-on-one, delivering targeted Math instruction using provided curriculum and materials. Sessions are designed to be interactive, student-centered, and adaptable to individual learning needs.

Position Details

Schedule: Weekdays, during regular school-day hours Employment Type: W-2, part-time Pay: $30/hour Location: Onsite at schools in Orange County, Florida Subjects: Math, 2nd-5th grades Why Join Framework? Responsibilities

Deliver in-person Math tutoring to elementary students in 1:1 or small-group settings during the school day Use provided curriculum to engage students in interactive, goal-focused learning Adapt instruction to meet varied student needs Administer provided assessments as scheduled Maintain professional communication with school staff and the Framework Tutor Operations Team

Requirements

Either: Active teaching certification (Any state will work!) OR Demonstrated experience tutoring Math, with strong instructional skills Additional expectations: Experience teaching or tutoring elementary-level Math strongly preferred Ability to pass a Florida state and federal background check, including fingerprinting Reliable transportation to assigned school(s) in Orange County Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills Prior tutoring or small-group instructional experience preferred Tutors need to provide their own laptop to use for daily lessons About Framework Framework is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workplace.
