Support the head coach in the technical, tactical, and mental development of college softball pitchers through progressive workouts and performance analysis. Assist with game-day strategies, pitch calling, and the identification and evaluation of potential recruits.
Candidates must have prior experience playing or coaching as a pitcher at the collegiate level. Proficiency in pitching mechanics and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
Prior experience coaching or playing as a pitcher at the collegiate level. Knowledge of softball pitching mechanics, injury prevention, and performance enhancement. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Work Environment and Physical Demands: Regular evening and weekend hours required. Physical demands include lifting equipment, standing for long periods, and demonstrating athletic techniques.
