Mental health support roles remain steady

In Pennsylvania, mental health worker roles often draw steady demand in residential and community settings, especially for candidates who can support daily routines and behavioral health needs. These positions can be competitive because employers often prefer experience in behavioral health residential settings and require basics like a high school diploma or GED, age 18+, and a valid driver’s license.
