The Assistant Teacher is responsible for creating a positive, nurturing learning environment for young children. They support the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of students through hands-on learning experiences.
Applicants must have at least six months of professional teaching experience and a passion for early childhood education. ECE units and infant/toddler development units are preferred.

Genuine passion for the education, development, and care of young children Minimum of six months of professional teaching experience required 6 or more Early Childhood Education (ECE) units preferred Infant/Toddler Development units preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive, patient, and nurturing attitude
Ability to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed to support children and classroom activities Ability to bend, squat, and actively engage with children throughout the day
