British Swim School is looking for a compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to work with children and adults with special needs. Our mission is to teach water survival skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment while helping every swimmer build confidence and independence.
No previous swim teaching experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training!
What You'll Do Teach swim lessons using the British Swim School curriculum.
Provide individualized instruction for swimmers with a variety of physical, developmental, and cognitive disabilities.
Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment.
Communicate swimmer progress with parents and caregivers.
Prioritize safety while making lessons engaging and rewarding.
Work closely with management and fellow instructors to support each swimmer's success.
