Conduct martial arts instruction following YMCA standards to provide a safe and enjoyable learning environment. Manage participant behavior and maintain facility cleanliness while reinforcing core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
Candidates must be 18 or older with some college education or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in any martial arts discipline. Ability to physically assist athletes and maintain a positive coaching style is required.
