The Clinical Instructor visits education sites to assess student progress and act as a liaison between the college and clinical sites. They coordinate schedules, perform competency evaluations, and ensure consistency of instruction for radiography students.

Job duties include: Visit each clinical education site on a regular basis (at least every two weeks) and work with students to assess progress. Act as a liaison between the college, the program and the clinical education site. Coordinates with the other clinical instructor to develop a schedule of clinical visits. Assists with in transfer of didactic knowledge to the clinical setting. Confer with on-site clinical instructors and staff technologists to maintain consistency of instruction, expectations, and evaluation of students. Perform competency and random competency evaluations. While working with students, provides appropriate performance feedback.
