Assist the Site Director in planning and implementing educational curricula and supervising elementary-aged students in an after-school setting. Foster positive relationships with children and parents while ensuring a safe, supportive environment for growth.
Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED; college experience and previous work with children are preferred. Required certifications include DHS training and CPR/First Aid, which are provided by the organization.

Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED. One year or more of college preferred. Previous experience working with children preferably in a day camp setting. Previous experience with diverse populations preferred. Be able to meet state requirements.
REASONING ABILITIY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or scheduled form.
WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of children or employees of the organization.
