  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience required.
  • Minimum one year experience working on social drivers/determinants of health and available resources within Douglas County required.
  • Completion of Community Health Education didactic training or experience with SODH required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of available local, state and federal programs for assistance in meeting basic needs (food, housing, access to health care, transportation, Medicaid/Medicare, drug assistance programs) preferred.
  • Knowledge of health care and mental health/substance use programs in the area preferred. Nebraska Medicine is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
