● Develop and maintain routine to monitor student intakes and Individualized Learning Plans, to ensure all graduation requirements are fulfilled. ● Increase motivation, provide positive reinforcement to learning, and constant feedback. ● Instruct students in academic subjects, social interaction, personal and spiritual development, and enhancement of life skills. ● Demonstrate knowledge of and utilize all available curriculum resources. ● Establish and maintain regular channels of communication with home, staff, and related agencies.
● Required: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s a plus ● Ability to work on a team of accountable/responsible colleagues to attain Academy goals ● Desire to motivate and work with urban students in a positive environment ● Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain high expectations for self and students ● Desire to continue career & professional development activities provided by employer. ● Preferred: Have taught a core subject, and/or an Administrative License ● Pre-employment clearance: Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation(FBI) ●Agreement with a Christian Statement of Faith Pay: $25-30/hr based on experience
