We are a high-quality, inclusive early childhood program serving children 6 weeks to 5 years old in a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment. Position Details

• Location: Ellicott City, MD
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | In Person
• Pay: $18–$21 per hour

Qualifications

Applicants should have

• 45 Hours Child Growth & Development (Required)
• 45 Hours Preschool Curriculum (Preferred)
• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education (Preferred)
• Previous preschool or childcare experience (Preferred)
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
