About the role

The teacher will plan and deliver standards-based instruction while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture. They are responsible for assessing student progress and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student success.

We are hiring a dedicated and student-centered Elementary School Teacher to join our school community for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate is passionate about fostering academic growth, nurturing the whole child, and creating a structured, engaging classroom environment where all students can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver standards-based instruction in core subject areas Create a positive, inclusive classroom culture that supports students' academic, social, and emotional development Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs Assess student progress regularly and use data to inform instruction Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents/guardians Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and administration to support student success Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences to enhance instruction Uphold school policies, procedures, and professional expectations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field Valid state teaching certification (or ability to obtain) Strong classroom management and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to continuous professional growth

Preferred Attributes

Experience in an elementary classroom setting Knowledge of differentiated instruction and best practices in literacy and math Ability to build strong relationships with students and families This position requires enthusiasm, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to helping children grow academically and personally.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field and a valid state teaching certification. Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to professional growth are required.
