Market context
In New Jersey, youth development counselor roles with LSW or LAC licensure are typically in steady demand because schools and community programs need licensed staff who can support student mental health and behavior needs. These positions are competitive because employers often look for a master’s degree, active licensure, and a valid driver’s license, while benefits like medical, dental, retirement, and paid time off can make offers more attractive. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your licensure status and driving record before applying.
