About the role

Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience to support the individual developmental needs of infants. Build trusting relationships with families through daily communication and collaborate with the teaching team to maintain safety and licensing standards.

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Teacher to join our team.

Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported.

As an Infant Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to: Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs.

Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills.

Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold our school’s commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements. Minium of associate’s degree in early childhood education or related field required. Prior experience in a licensed childcare center. A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies. Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of an associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field. Prior experience in a licensed childcare center and authorization to work in the United States are required.
