The Lead Teacher is responsible for delivering the Mind and Body Matters curriculum and executing daily lesson plans. They must maintain a safe, positive learning environment while documenting child progress and communicating professionally with parents.
Candidates must have a CDA or 60 college semester hours including early childcare, along with at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting. CPR and First Aid certifications are required, as well as meeting all state licensing requirements.

$17.10 - $21.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
