Thomas College Women’s Volleyball is seeking qualified applicants for a part-time Assistant Coach for the varsity program. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the program, including both competitive success and student-athlete development.
Assist with building and sustaining a strong and organized recruiting pipeline aligned with program needs Assist in planning and conducting practices, training sessions, and individual player development consistent with the Head Coach’s vision Contribute to match preparation, including scouting, video analysis, and game-day coaching Support team operations, including travel coordination, equipment management, and program logistics Maintain a high standard of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to student-athlete well-being Ensure full compliance with NCAA Division III, North Atlantic Conference (NAC), and Thomas College policies and procedures The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational ability, a passion for player development, and a commitment to fostering a positive and competitive team culture.
Bachelor’s degree is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally. Must have the ability to work evenings/weekends, and travel with the team as needed.
