What We’re Looking For A High School Diploma & 6 months in a licensed childcare facility OR NAC / CDA / CCP / CPC OR 12 total credits (6 in ECE) & 6 months child experience OR Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or a closely related field (no experience necessary!) AND CPR/First Aid certification & AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• Agility: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with active kids all day.
