Non-credit Community Education compensation is based on Pay Levels ranging from 1-5. A new faculty’s Pay Level is determined by the campus supervisor and ranges $20-$60 per hour. Pay Levels are determined from varying degrees of expertise and evidence in the instructional area.

Colorado Mountain College requires that employees perform their assigned duties within the State of Colorado. Supervision of the Position
This position will report to the campus non-credit Community Education coordinator or campus designee.
This position requires constant sitting, occasional walking, standing and driving; occasional handling objects, pushing/pulling; frequent reaching with hands/arms, and use of finger movements; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Constant written and oral communication and the ability to reason and analyze and perform calculations occasionally. Work is performed using a computer and standard office equipment daily and driving a vehicle occasionally.
