Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of experience working with children aged 0-5. Candidates must be able to obtain an Infant Toddler CDA within 12 months of hire and pass background checks.
We are looking to hire multiple Teacher Aides to join the NVFS Early Childhood Education team in Loudoun County! Early Head Start (EHS) is a federally funded, community-based program that supports low-income expectant mothers and families with infants and toddlers up to age three. The program focuses on promoting healthy prenatal outcomes, supporting early childhood development, and strengthening families to help children build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Teachers and classroom staff are at the heart of this work. You will play an important role in supporting classroom activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and helping create a nurturing, engaging environment where infants and toddlers can learn, grow, and thrive.
