The Lead Teacher is responsible for providing a developmentally appropriate curriculum to infants and toddlers in an inclusive childcare environment. The role focuses on guiding young children to reach their fullest potential through passionate teaching and teamwork.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, specific hours in Child Growth and Development, and an Infant-Toddler Certificate for the relevant age group. A minimum of one year of experience in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college credits is required.
