The teacher will create lesson plans based on child observations using an emergent curriculum model and conduct ongoing High Scope assessments. They are also responsible for maintaining positive relationships with parents and modeling kindness and civility for students.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Child Psychology or Early Childhood Education. A strong understanding of child development principles and classroom health and safety guidelines is required.
