We use the High Scope Curriculum. Our program's focus is to create a warm environment where children and their families feel comfortable.We love creativity and initiative .We value the sharing of control with the children. Responsibilities

Create lesson plans from children observations .Emergent Curriculum Model patience , Kindness and Civility Do Children's Assessments High Scope(Ongoing )with two meetings with the Parents annually Communicate with parents In positive relationship building way Assess student's skills and talents

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Child Psychology or Early Childhood Education Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management Excellent communication skills Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Problem-solving and mediation skills
