Market context

Clinic-based infant roles remain selective in California

California clinic-based Infant Development Specialist roles often draw steady demand from early intervention and pediatric care settings, especially where families need developmental support for infants and toddlers. These positions are competitive because employers typically look for at least 3 years of early intervention experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of typical and atypical development; a master’s degree and Spanish fluency can strengthen an application. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then tailor your resume to show direct infant assessment and family support experience.
