California clinic-based Infant Development Specialist roles often draw steady demand from early intervention and pediatric care settings, especially where families need developmental support for infants and toddlers. These positions are competitive because employers typically look for at least 3 years of early intervention experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of typical and atypical development; a master’s degree and Spanish fluency can strengthen an application.
