Responsibilities

Provide individual and group counseling services to students. Conduct social-emotional and behavioral assessments. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, psychologists, counselors, and families to support student success. Participate in IEP, 504, and multidisciplinary team meetings. Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution. Connect students and families with community resources and support services. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district, state, and federal regulations. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required. Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement. Previous school-based experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Passion for supporting student well-being and academic success.
