Market context
Sports medicine outreach roles in Texas schools are often tied to district athletics, injury prevention, and return-to-play support, so demand tends to follow school sports programs and local coverage needs. These positions can be competitive because they require a Texas Athletic Trainer license, with NATABOC and BLS often expected, and the benefits package may include medical premium coverage, savings plan match, parental and caregiver leave, and adoption reimbursement.
