$55,000 - $70,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits. Candidates must hold a baccalaureate degree, a P-3 Certificate of Eligibility, and have at least two years of experience in licensed childcare. CPR and First Aid certifications are also required.
