Manage a play-based, multi-age care room for children ages 2-12, leading activities and implementing curriculum. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children while maintaining a clean environment and communicating regularly with parents.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of experience as a Lead Teacher in a daycare or preschool setting. Must be First Aid and CPR certified and capable of lifting children up to 50 lbs.
1+ year as a Center Director Experience managing multi-age groups, including school-age children Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or similar certification Physical Requirements This role requires active, hands-on engagement throughout the day — including lifting children up to 40–50 lbs, sitting and moving at floor level, standing for extended periods, and maintaining constant supervision of children indoors and outdoors.
