Job description

  • Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs.
  • Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches — including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum that draws from the collective expertise of renowned early-age educators such as Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods – AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.
  • Carrington Academy is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Twos Teacher to join our early childhood education team!
  • Our twos program is all about discovery, independence, and building the foundation for a lifetime love of learning.
  • As a Twos Teacher, you’ll guide curious little learners through hands-on experiences that encourage exploration, language development, and social growth — all within a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment.
  • What You’ll Do Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support each child’s development.
  • Foster social-emotional growth by modeling kindness, patience, and problem-solving.
  • Maintain consistent routines that help toddlers feel secure as they grow more independent.
  • Build meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and collaboration.
  • Partner with your co-teachers and school leaders to uphold a supportive classroom culture.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements. CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Prior experience in a licensed childcare center. Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping children learn through play and exploration. Authorization to work in the United States. Must be available to work 9:00am to 6:00pm.
