Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, parents and staff. Ability to work as a team. Ability to effectively resolve conflict.
Understanding of basic computer and technology skills. Ability to handle stressful situations with students with varying levels of education, social, and emotional experiences.

Qualifications: Hired candidate will have a one-year probationary period to complete all preferred training requirements, as assigned.
A high school diploma is required, with a preference for experience in residential childcare and working with sensory-impaired students. Proficiency in American Sign Language and certifications in CPI, CPR, and food safety are highly desired.
