Provide direct care and behavioral management for youth in a residential treatment setting according to individual treatment plans. Ensure the physical and psychological safety of students while managing crises and administering medications.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience with adolescents or 7 years of parenting. Must complete CPI and Medication Administration training and possess strong communication skills.
