Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with GAPREK standards and guidelines Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for all students Observe, document, and assess student progress and development in accordance with T4/T5 requirements Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding student growth and milestones Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support whole-child development goals Maintain accurate classroom records, portfolios, and required GAPREK documentation Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides as needed
