Position Details

Locations: Cranberry, McCandless, South Side, City, Plum, Hampton, Sewickley, Shadyside, Downtown, Wexford, Regent Square, Green Tree, Brookline, Beaver Falls Note: Openings vary based on current staffing needs—not all locations are hiring at the same time. Schedule Options: Full-Time: Monday–Friday, roughly 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (1-hour lunch) Part-Time: Minimum 4-hour shifts (morning, afternoon, or early evening) Weekdays only — no evenings, weekends, or federal holidays 🎉 💛 What You’ll Do Support daily routines and help maintain a positive classroom flow Lead and participate in crafts, activities, and play-based learning Build connections with children through energy, creativity, and care Step into different classrooms or centers as needed Make a real impact in your community—every single day Bonus: We offer both temporary and long-term placements, giving you even more flexibility in how you work. 💵 Pay Rate $17/hour ⭐ What We’re Looking For At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Minimum of 2,500 verified childcare hours (in-home, in-center, or similar environments) Minimum 2 childcare references State & federal clearances (or willingness to obtain) Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance (required) 🎉 What You’ll Get Ongoing training & professional development Predictable, consistent scheduling A caregiver rewards program (gift cards, PTO, bonuses & more!) 🌈
