Job Title: Behavior Technician (BT)
Our mission is to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, meaningful supervision of therapists, and consultation services throughout the United States and internationally. We exist to help our clients integrate into their communities, to disseminate knowledge of trauma-informed ABA therapy, and to ensure equal employment opportunities for neurodiverse individuals.
We envision expanding our connections across California and worldwide, reaching individuals and families who would otherwise lack access to ABA services. Many underserved populations do not receive the care they need—and our team is committed to closing that gap through compassionate, ethical, and accessible services.
We are seeking a compassionate, thoughtful Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who aligns with our mission and values. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician provides one-to-one ABA therapy using trauma-informed, client-centered practices. This role is ideal for individuals who believe in respecting neurodiversity, empowering clients, and making a real difference in their communities.
Please submit your resume and a brief statement describing why our mission resonates with you.
