Under the supervision and guidance of school staff, you will serve as a reading tutor and role model in a Duval County Public School. You will be responsible for participating in community projects, receiving extensive ongoing training, and attending parenting workshops. You will ensure that students enrolled in the program increase their reading level by collaborating with classroom teachers, other school staff, parents/families, and students.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working with children under 15. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a background check.
